Refund & Payment Policy.

Last updated 28 August 2026

The short version: membership payments are made in cryptocurrency, directly from your wallet to other members, on a public smart contract. We never receive, hold, or control that money — so there is no one who can reverse it, and all payments are final and non-refundable.

Who we are, and what we do not do

This site is an independent team resource operated by members of the RM Circle team. We are not the owners or operators of the smart contract, and we are not a payment processor, an exchange, a broker, or a custodian.

We never take custody of your money. We do not collect membership payments, we do not hold balances on your behalf, and we do not have the ability to move, freeze, or return funds that belong to you or to any other member. We build tools and training that run on top of the smart contract's rails, for the benefit of the people using it.

How payments actually work

Why payments cannot be refunded

Cryptocurrency transactions on a public blockchain are irreversible by design. Once a transaction is confirmed, no person, company, or administrator can undo it — not us, not the contract's operators, not the network. The money has already moved to the members it was sent to.

Because of this, all membership payments and upgrade payments are final. No refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or returns are possible. Please treat every payment as permanent before you make it.

What your payment includes

A paid position is not a purchase of a physical product to be shipped or returned. It provides immediate, ongoing access to digital benefits that are delivered as soon as the position exists — including the team's training course, promotional tools, printable materials, dashboards, AI-assisted tools, and (where offered) advertising resources.

Because these are digital and access begins immediately, they are consumed on delivery and are not returnable, in addition to the blockchain irreversibility described above.

Before you pay

Mistakes and wrong transactions

Because we never hold funds, we cannot recover cryptocurrency sent to a wrong address, sent on the wrong network, or sent in the wrong amount. Always double-check the address, the network (Polygon), and the amount before confirming any transaction in your wallet.

Questions

If something on this site is unclear, ask before you pay — through the team channel linked in the site footer, or the chat assistant on any page. We would far rather answer a question than have someone spend money they did not understand.

This page explains how payments work on this independent team resource. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
