Privacy Policy.
Last updated 28 August 2026
The short version: we ask for almost nothing. There are no accounts and no passwords here — you sign in by proving you hold your wallet. We never ask for your recovery phrase or private keys, we never take custody of funds, and we do not sell or rent anyone's information to anybody, ever.
Who this covers
This policy covers rmcircle.team and its related pages, an independent resource operated by members of the RM Circle team. We are not the operators of the smart contract, and this policy does not cover the blockchain itself, your wallet software, or any third-party site you reach from here.
What we collect
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Your public wallet address — when you choose to sign in | To confirm which position you hold, so the right training, dashboard, and tools unlock. Wallet addresses are already public on the blockchain. |
| Your public position data — id, level, team structure, payments | This is read from the public blockchain, not collected from you. Anyone can read the same data. |
| Information you volunteer — e.g. a name, an email, a message to your team, text you type into a tool | Only to do the thing you asked for: label your position, send your message, or generate the content you requested. |
| Basic technical data — page requests, approximate referral source, tool usage counts | To keep the site working, prevent abuse, and know which tools members actually use. |
What we never collect
- Your recovery phrase, seed words, or private keys. Nobody on this team will ever ask for them. Anyone who does is trying to rob you — including someone claiming to be us.
- Your funds. We never take custody of cryptocurrency. Payments go wallet-to-wallet through the smart contract; we are not in the middle. See our payment policy.
- Payment card details or bank information. We do not process payments at all.
- Government IDs or documents. We do not run identity verification.
How wallet sign-in works
When you sign in, your wallet signs a short text message proving you control that address. That signature is free, cannot move funds, and does not approve anything. We keep a session so you stay signed in on that device, and we can see the position that address holds — nothing more. You can sign out by clearing your browser data for this site.
Cookies and storage
We use the minimum necessary: a session cookie after you sign in, and small amounts of browser storage to remember practical things like your member ID for personalizing printables, or your chosen language. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.
Third parties
A few outside services are involved when you use specific features. We share only what that feature needs to work:
- Blockchain networks and public node providers — to read on-chain data. Blockchain data is public and permanent by nature, and is not controlled by us.
- Telegram — if you choose to link your account or use the Mini App, so team notifications can reach you.
- Email delivery and translation services — only when you request an email or use the translate button.
- AI providers — when you use an AI tool, the text of your request is processed to generate your result.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
A word about the blockchain
Anything recorded on the blockchain — positions, payments, upgrades — is public and permanent. It is not ours to delete, edit, or hide, and neither we nor anyone else can remove it on request. Please keep that in mind about what a wallet address reveals.
Your choices
- You can use most of this site without signing in at all.
- You can ask us to delete information you volunteered to us (such as a name label, email, or team messages we store). On-chain data cannot be deleted by anyone.
- You can unlink Telegram, or stop using any tool, at any time.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Questions, or a request about your information? Reach us through the team channel linked in the site footer, or the chat assistant on any page.
